Ok so I am started out with a basic chambray shirt and layering that with a cute patterned scarf and a white knit cover up and the top is done! Then I had some plain black leggings and grey socks. What you will need: - Lace - Jewelry clasps - Tweezers Step one: Poke holes in the lace where you want the jewelry clasps to go Step Two: place jewelry clasps wherever you want them Step three:  fix with tweezers and...
