Winter Work Out Routine
Hello everyone! My name is Greta and today I am going to be showing you my winter work out routine because sometimes you don't work out in the winter because its too cold out, but heres a nice indoor at home work out! Warning: I am not a work out expert or fitness guru, this is just what I like to do, also you do not need to loose weight, you are beautiful just the way you are, and this work out is not for loosing weight, its just what I do to stay nice and in shape! So I do something thats called the twelve days of christmas workout, but I changed the origonal a little to suit my taste. And yes you do them all at once! So I get changed into my work out clothes and my work out mat, and get started! 12 Burpees (by the way these really get you sweating, so they are good to do first to motivate you!
