Winter Work Out Routine

Hello everyone! My name is Greta and today I am going to be showing you my winter work out routine because sometimes you don't work out in the winter because its too cold out, but heres a nice indoor at home work out! Warning: I am not a work out expert or fitness guru, this is just what I like to do, also you do not need to loose weight, you are beautiful just the way you are, and this work out is not for loosing weight, its just what I do to stay nice and in shape! So please follow my blog and comment down below your workout routine! So yeah! Lets get started!

So I do something thats called the twelve days of christmas workout, but I changed the origonal a little to suit my taste. And yes you do them all at once! So I get changed into my work out clothes and my work out mat, and get started!

12 Burpees (by the way these really get you sweating, so they are good to do first to motivate you! It gets up your heart rate!)

11 Mountain Climbers

10 Squats

9 Push ups

8 Lunges

7 Sit ups

6 Tuck jumps

5 Jumping jacks

4 Chair climbs (where you step onto a chair and back down over and over again)

3 Planks (each for ten seconds each. Its bad for your back to do a plank for more then 10 seconds in one postition, so I do in the middle, and on each side for positions.)

2 Minute wall sit

1 Minute running in place

Then I like to do some kind of online Christmas dance work out routine. You can find a ton of them on YouTube in case you wanna try one. They are great to both get you sweating and have fun! Then I will go back to my 12 days of christmas workout and then back to dance work outs! I repeat both three times and then I do some yoga.

- Tree Pose
- Mountain Pose
- Candle Pose
- Downward facing dog
- Childs Pose
- Rock Pose
- Namaste
- Meditaton

And thats my winter work out routine! I hope you all enjoyed reading! Remember I love you no matter your race, gender, sexuality, size, shape, or anything else!
- Greta
