How to Pamper Yourself for Back to School
Hello everyone! My name is Greta and today I am going to be telling you all how to take care of your hair and skin for back to school, because I like to have good skin when I have to wake up early for school every morning and I get stressed. During the school year, its important to pamper yourself, to help reduce stress! So here are some hacks for skincare and haircare for back to school! Please comment down below when you go back to school and follow my blog! I hope you all enjoy reading!
During the Week
1. If you have time in the morning bcfore school, treat yourself to a face mask. I like sheet masks because they are super easy to use and I also like to keep my face masks in the fridge because the coldness will help wake up your skin in the morning and leave you super refreshed. You can also put your moisturizer in the fridge.
2. In order for your skin to look its best, you need to get a good nights sleep, but that can be tough for people who have insomnia like me sometimes, so try drinking a cup of tea right before you go to bed and reading or listening to a story. It always helps me. I don't have any miracle hacks for insomnia, but this always helps me.
3. Don't wash your hair everyday. Second or third day hair is always cute, and you should not wash your hair every day or you could damage or weaken your hair. So, don't wash your hair everyday, just wash it some.
4. Make sure your skin is moisturized, its never good to have dry skin. Thats really all there is too it!
On the Weekends
1. Have a pamper day with candles (if you want), tea, a hot bath or shower, and skincare products galore. Its a great way to reduce stress which can clear your skin.
2. Sleep in when you can, sleep in on the weekend when you can, because that will help you catch up on sleep you lost over the course of the week.
3. Plan everything about the week out in a planner, again, this helps reduce stress, at least for me, because I always need to have a plan! Anyways, its super good to get everything you need to done to have time for pampering yourself.
4. Use a hair mask. These are always good for your hair, and they can be very relaxing.
Well thats all for now! I love you no matter your race, gender, or anything else!
