How To Reduce Holiday Stress: Christmas Self Care Tips
Hello my beautiful angel children! My name is Greta and today we are going to be talking about how to reduce stress and take care of your self during the holiday season. Disclaimer: I know the holidays are all about being self less and focusing on giving but you still need to take care of yourself to some degree! Get Organized: I always feel so stressed when my life isn't organized, like it just stresses me out so much. So that could mean mentally organizing yourself or cleaning your room, whatever you need to do in order to feel like you're organized enough to function.
Set Goals: I have a few apps that I have been really loving in order to help me set goals and routines for myself, one of them is called "done" which is an app where you can enter your goals and how often you want to do them and the app will send you encouraging reminders to get it done, and the second one is called "shelfie" and its an app for planning out your skincare routine. Its very custom to you, its free, and it also sends you reminders to complete what you haven't done in your skincare routine!
Remind Yourself What The Holidays are REALLY About: Christmas is about spending time with loved ones and giving to others, remind yourself that you don't need to be perfect, thats not what christmas is about (not to mention nobodies perfect)
Take A Break: I know better then anyone its hard to get away during the holidays but even just giving yourself the chance to hang out by the fireplace, or have some alone time is just perfect.
