Skincare Mistakes You NEED To Stop Making ♡
Hey everyone! My name is Greta and I have been getting super into skincare these past few months! So today I thought I would share with you some skincare mistakes you might be making and their solutions! Keep in mind I am no expert, I am not a dermatologist BUT I have done my research! 1. ONLY using makeup wipes or miceller water to cleanse your face. No matter what your skin type, a legit literally cleanser is ESSENTIAL to your skincare routine. You can go in with micellar water or makeup remover but follow it with a cleanser please!
2. Not washing your entire face throughly enough. We all have those certain areas we focus on while cleaning our skin, but we often forget places like near the hair line or the jaw line so make sure when you cleanse you are also getting those areas.
3. Overusing your scrubs. Scrubs should only be used every other day at the very most! Its not okay to use a scrub or a mask or a pore strip every single day, its so bad for your skin because it leaves your skin so overworked. A mask should be once a week, a pore strip can be once or twice, and a scrub can be every other day, not every day, never two days in a row!
4. Forgetting to clean your eyebrows and lashes. Especially if you wear makeup its essential to clean your lashes and brows!
5. Using too many products. Really, the less skincare products you use, the less irritated and messed up your skin will be AS LONG as you use a cleanser, a toner and a moisturizer you're pretty much set! Using too many products, especially on sensitive skin is just so irritating!
