You just wear a flannel under a sweater so that the collar is sticking out and then you put on some tights, some boots, and a skirt to finish off the look! So todays topic is eyeshadow palettes because a lot of people get confused on what palettes to buy, what counts as a palette, and things of that nature! Basically, one eyeshadow is a single, two eyeshadows are a duo, three is a trio, four is a quad, and here is where it gets a little more complicated. Just remember the law of palettes, which is that if it contains anywhere from 5 to 8 eyeshadows, its a mini palette, and if it contains any more then that it is just a regular palette. A Powder Highlighter 3. A container to put it in Step one: take a plastic knife and begin scraping all of your powder highlighter into a container (I like using old shampoo bottles like the travel sized ones). The famous Urban Decay naked palette one is offically discontinued and they are releasing a brand new naked palette called "Naked Cherry".
